Orlando Tattoo Artist Angel Gutierrez

Born in Puerto Rico, Angel Gutierrez started tattooing professionally in 2004. Angel was inspired to become a tattoo artist after receiving a tattoo that he did not agree with the final result of. Already an artist, his curiosity was piqued with an internship offer from a friend in Isla Verde where he honed his skills and “really developed as a professional artist.” Angel’s creative approach to his designs helps his clients’ imagination of the artwork beyond a sketch on paper and toward the living art that will flow with the contours of the human body. He walks through the design process with each client to determine the most appropriate location for their tattoo based on its design and the impact they are hoping to achieve with its placement.
