Scott Budgen began his tattoo career in 1991 at Whitehouse Tattoo in Pontiac, Michigan, apprenticing under Mark White. After five years, he opened his first studio, Dynamo Tattoo, a creative and energetic shop. Inspired by a visit to New Orleans, he relocated to the city and worked at Electric Expressions under English Craig. However, after a year, homesickness brought him back to Michigan, where he opened his second studio, Lady Luck Tattoo. Over 20 successful years, Lady Luck earned multiple “Best of Detroit” awards in Metro Times and Real Detroit magazines, and Scott had the opportunity to travel and collaborate with talented artists across the industry.

In 2020, Scott closed Lady Luck to explore new opportunities, moving to Florida and working at Atomic Tattoo in Tampa before joining Good Vibrations Ink in Orlando. For Scott, tattooing is a lifelong passion, blending creativity, learning, and craftsmanship. When not tattooing, he enjoys exploring Florida with his wife and their two dogs.
